Plant

The CLICK BRICK™ plant integrates a fully automatic solution offering unparalleled convenience and efficiency. By eliminating the assembly process associated with brick plant setup, the CLICK BRICK™ plant discovers unmet market needs and devises groundbreaking solutions.

Rotary Sieve
Separation Made Simple

Rotary Sieve

This stainless steel rotary sieve, measuring 4 meters by 0.8 meters, is powered by a 1kW motor that is connected to the main plant via cable.

One Machine, Endless Possibilities.

Skid Steer

This machine can collect unclean soil and transport it to the rotary sieve for cleaning. The cleaned soil is then moved to the mixer, and the bucket precisely measures and delivers the soil into the hopper. Additionally, the machine can lift and transport pallets of bricks to the curing area.

Key specifications of the machine include its make, dimensions (height, width, and length), loading height, carrying capacity, and power. It is shipped in a container along with other equipment.
